Artists are forced to adapt, learn new techniques, and keep current or be forced into obscurity.
Installation of Vessel at Grand Canal Quay in Dublin 8, Ireland
Vessel rises from the earth, linking the past to the present and ancient Ireland to the modern-day Ireland of today. Sandra Bell is pleased to present the elegant Vessel to the community of Dublin and the Marlet Property Group. On Friday, August 30 2024, the sculpture was installed at Grand Canal Quay in Dublin 8, Ireland.
Fabrication of Ambrose
The commission for Applegreen is now receiving its finishing touches. “Ambrose” is a cast aluminum sculpture standing 1500mm in height. This piece was 3-D scanned and modified in CAD, enlarged and printed in foam then cast in aluminum. Applegreen is proud to be an Irish company and a true Irish success story. From humble beginnings in 1992, Applegreen started with the opening of our first service station in Ballyfermot, West Dublin.
